Beautiful, completely furnished (inc. linens, kitchenware, appliances, etc.) home on Indian Peaks golf course with sunrise and sunset views 10 min. east of Boulder (Rent is $1300 less than Zillow recommendation!) Minimum 6-mo. lease; but prefer longer; Smoking allowed outside ONLY; Parties within reason; No blocking driveway; Must be responsible for guests' behavior; Children 9+ approved on a case by case basis. (If young children are approved, you will need to provide child-proofing and store breakables out of reach.); Remove shoes upon entering (I recommend soft-soled slippers so as to minimize scratches on the floor and noise below.); Make yourself at home, but unless you're sure you know how to work something, please don't try without at least reading the manual. (I only say this because several times I've had to hire repairmen to fix what guests have managed to break :-); Use the coasters that are provided on every wood surface, as well as the hooks for wet towels rather than anything else, since dampness ruins wood and rusts metal; Use the squeegees provided to clean shower doors as well; Don't use anything abrasive on the stovetop (There is a special cleaning product underneath the kitchen sink.); Be sure to close the door to the dryer but leave the top of the washer open to avoid mildew; The recyclables are picked up every other Friday, although I put out the bins the night before, as they often come early; Use the front door rather than the garage to enter and exit; Please turn off the lights when not using them and when you're out. (Boulder is a BIG energy conservation and recycling mecca :-); Use the entry chandelier and the recessed creche lights along the stairs as little as possible, since they're very difficult to change bulbs; Don't adjust the heat or A/C, as it's set to temperatures that accommodate all levels of the house in the most efficient manner; Don't move heavy furniture or make any other changes, like painting, landscaping, etc., without permission; Owner allowed to enter with 2 hrs. notice; Renter pays for cable if desired.
