    310+/- acres of estuarine salt marsh with upland pine hummocks throughout.  The land tracts are oriented along Worlds End Creek and the Honga River in Crapo, MD.The ownership consists of 190.22+/- acres of uplands and marshland with private access into the property from Lakesville-Crapo Road.  The main property is improved by a remote cabin on Worlds End Creek.  The cabin has solar panels to provide electricity to the building.  An additional 2 buildings provide storage for boats and equipment. A 2.5+/- acre impoundment improves the property on the north side of the tract.  For property management, the impoundment water control structure requires repair. The offering also includes 3 parcels on Parks Neck, accessible by boat only from the 190+/- acre parcel. A cabin improves the Parks Neck tract.
