Ten acres of creek front in Golconda, NV. Seasonal creek flows through the northeast corner of the land (not pictured). Very good flow! Between 4-7 feet across, and around a foot deep. 3 weeks ago, it was flowing very strong, and probably around 40 degrees, with around 95 degree outside temperature. Corners have been surveyed and staked (the cows knocked over the wooden stakes, but a round wooden stake has been driven deep into each corner). A corners map will also be provided to the purchaser. Would make a great off grid living area! Plenty of game to hunt... Just watch out for the rattlesnakes!
