Faucets, plumbing fixtures, and water flow. Electrical fixtures and outlets. General condition and functionality of the home. General tidiness and cleanliness. Proper care and maintenance of the property. The inspection is intended to identify maintenance issues early and ensure that the property remains in good working order and is being properly cared for.
