Housing & Amenities Private tiny house with mountain views and friendly goats nearby Includes trash, water, and Wi-Fi 1 parking spot included Features: fridge, double sink, small propane oven/range, heater, and small TV Space in cubby for a twin bed Located next to our home at the end of a private drive in a quiet, rural community Responsibilities Feed and refresh water for the goats Muck out barn once a month (as needed) Report any concerns or issues promptly Perform light repairs and upkeep (fencing, goat platforms, etc.) as needed Take out trash weekly Maintain cleanliness of both property and living space In winter, ensure pipes don't freeze when temperatures drop below 30 F Please Note Electric is billed monthly. The heater, stove, and water heater run on propane also billed separately. There is NO washer or dryer on site.
