There is a movie theater, lots of shops, cafes, restaurants and the best Health Food Store in the area. You can walk to the center of town from home. It is great for hiking, biking, picnics, with the ocean only 30 minutes drive. There are pleasant walks into nature areas right in the neighborhood as well. At the same time, it is only 35 minutes to San Francisco and 45 minutes to Berkeley or Oakland.The unit is nicely furnished and stays cool in the summer. Glass doors and large windows overlook a great view with the doors leading out onto a very pleasant deck where you can sit on a couch or at a table in the sun or shade.The master bedroom has a queen-size bed made of organic all-natural latex.All utilities are included, except telephone, and there is a laundry.There is a sweet cat who comes with the place. He is easy to take care of, and if you want to go away for a number of days, I have a trusted friend who can come and feed him (I will introduce him to you). The rent has been adjusted to account for the cat care. If the cat is out of the question, I may be open to finding another place for him. All in all this is a very pleasant place to live.This sublet dates are somewhat flexible. It can start anytime from June 25 to sometime in July, although I am itching to leave so the earlier the better within that time period. It could end from late August to sometime in September.I may be leaving the area when I return, so there is a possibility of a longer rental lease after the sublet, if you are interested.
