Very private setting 1 year lease required. Rent will be $1200/month with first months rent & $1200 security deposit due at lease signing. Single family unit. All potential tenants must be listed on lease with all 18 and older showing Id's all adult tenants must pass background check and be able to verify monthly income. Initial filling of heating oil tank (approx 200 gallons) will be done by landlord, after that tenant is responsible for filling of tank. Tenant is responsible for electric, trash removal and property maintenance (ie; lawn mowing). Landlord will plow driveway in winter. No pets/No smoking in house. Outside pets are a possibility with landlords permission. Shared driveway, must park in designated area with no more than 3 vehicles permitted. Electric approx $50 - 100 month (based on last tenants monthly bill) No hunting allowed without written approval by landlord.
