PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE TEXT BEFORE ANSWERING THE AD THANK YOU!: We have a small one bedroom apartment for rent, indeed small so it is for one person only, there is a small bedroom and a dining room, two closets, a bathroom with tub/shower/sink and also a small kitchen (with a stove, you would have to provide your fridge). There is also two ceiling fans. It is one floor only, kind of like a bungalow. There is a building courtyard with secure entry (key). There is hardwood floors and windows have just been changed. Parking is on the street. No laundry room on the premises but there are 2 laundromats literally each no farther than a block away. Water is included and paid by landlord but electricity and gas are not included. We do not accept pets, sorry. Please read this carefully!: The building is VERY quiet and peaceful and all the tenants are great, quiet, respectful with each other and clean. We are looking for someone that doesn't blast his music or TV with disregard to others, someone that keep his environment clean and doesn't let trash pile up everywhere around his place, and is friendly to others and respectful to everyone. We have to write this because we have bad experiences in the past. TO QUALIFY: (PLEASE READ ALL THIS) We get a TON of spam, robots answering just a few words and they mostly all turn out to be spam or scams. Please write a small synopsis on why you would make a great tenant. We have had a few terrible tenants in the past and of course we do not want that to happen yet again, so we will be screening and ask for references. There is a $15 credit check.
