We have a lovely backyard, great parking, & coin laundry in bldg too. The room has a big mirror closet, & central ac. We are super clean so you must be someone who is clean & hygienic also, and willing to contribute to frequent cleaning. ABOUT US We're creative folks (2 a married couple who occupy the lower level). Your room would be on the top floor, which you would share with 2 others, but you'd be sharing the bathroom with just one other housemate. We are respectful of each others' personal space, work schedules, and keeping up with our assigned chores in a timely fashion.
