Small shared side yard - shaded and perfect for relaxing. The guest studio is a modern, contemporary space with a queen size sofa bed, memory foam mattress, and recently updated amenities. It is a small space, ideal for 1 person. We are in University Hills, which is a small, quiet, and close knit community within El Sereno. We live at the end of a quiet street located up on a hill, we get really great views of downtown and the valley from the neighborhood. It's a great place to be very close to the city and still find a bit of peace. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Electric, water, trash included. Furnished studio. Parking is usually available at the end of the street or the street below and taking the public stairs up. No pets or smoking inside allowed.
