Total occupancy is strictly limited to these named individuals. Any changes, additions, or substitutions of occupants require the prior written consent of the Landlord. Occasional guests are permitted for no more than fourteen (14) consecutive days, or a total of twenty-eight (28) days in any calendar year, without written authorization from the Landlord.
