1800 feet +/- of Welsh Creek flows along the west side of this large parcel adjoining state land, and is located on a paved road just a short 15 minute drive from I-75. In the NW portion of the property is a good size wildlife pond, that draws in ducks & geese for waterfowl enthusiasts. The driveway is just inside it's Eastern Boundary, which has been recently fenced with a double wire, and the northern boundary adjoining the state land has t-poles running along it. Roughly 50 yards up the drive is a good turnaround/parking spot, and a short way beyond that is a large clearing for camping etc. The driveway/trail runs along it's entire eastern boundary, then turns west to close to NW corner. The drive/trail where it bears to the west is best suited for an ATV or a Side by Side One plat book says 105 acres, and another one shows parcel is 93 acres. No recent Survey so actual amount is unknown.
