The trails and paths lead to some of the most beautiful, and absolutely massive lava tubes in the area. They are estimated to be from the early 1800's based on location. With some more land clearing at least two of them can be walked directly into without any need for caving gear. These caves really only just started being explored by the seller, and there may be much more to discover! This property is located in lava zone 2. The structure is unpermitted. Insurance is not guaranteed, and should be verified with HPIA and any other carriers writing policies in lava zone 2.
