We have a 2 bedroom apartment for rent in a quiet residential neighborhood in Malden, literally 2 minute walk from Oak Grove T Station on the Orange Line for $2450. But you can't hear the train from the apartment. The apartment has: Renovated eat-in kitchen, living room, two large bedrooms, dishwasher and laundry. Tile in the kitchen and wood throughout. Onsite Parking is available for $100 for two cars. There are lots of street parking for free, you just need to get a residential sticker. Water bill is included in the price, but the rest of utilities are not. We are looking for a or 1 year lease. No smoking inside the apartment, no pets. The Orange Line connects to all other T lines, and it's particularly convenient for commuting to New England Medical Center, Tufts Medical School, Downtown, Chinatown/South Station/Business District, Northeastern University, and Bunker Hill Community College. The apartment also has easy access to I-93, Rt-60, Rt-16, Rt-107, Rt-1 & 1A, and Rt-28 (Which driving will take you downtown in 15 minutes).
