It also has 2 sleeping or storage lofts which are about 4 foot tall each. One has a window and is about 10 ft x 10 ft. The kitchen has a cookstove and refrigerator. One bathroom with shower. Large covered front porch. No outdoor pets. A very small indoor pet may be evaluated on a case by case basis with extra fee. No pets is preferred. About 524 square feet including both sleeping lofts, 384 not including lofts. No smoking is allowed. $550 + $400 security deposit.
