There is a very large back yard for you to sit and listen to the birds and watch the wildlife. From time to time there are deer, fox, wildcats and more! We live on-site but we are far enough away you can feel pretty secluded. We have a firepit that you can use on appropriate and safe burning days. One year lease. No smoking. Couch must stay. I don't really want animals, but I will accept only certain animals. There is a horse in the barn and I have a dog so dogs are probably not going to work or they must always be on a leash or inside a fence which isn't close to the apartment. The couch must stay so a cat shouldn't have claws.
