I own this home that is currently listed by the realtor as shown. The information as written by the realtor is correct. Zillow has a question as to the information about the price of the house when sold in 2006. This property belonged to my father. When he died I paid the $28,000, listed in the County Clerks Office, to 2 family members for their part. It does not include the other 1/3 which was my part of the inheritance. The house is on one deed. Below the house is 2 lots on a separate deed which was willed to my sister and myself. I bought my sister’s part and paid her $12,500. So I invested $25,00 in that property which contains the garage. So in 2006 when I became owner of the property, I had invested a little over $68,000 in the property. I updated the electricity plus other improvements. So I have invested over $72,000. Thank you. Barbara Gates
