I have 21 lots/parcels in east hawaii once assessed at 1.5 million now assessed at 525,000 but prices seem to have bottomed and probably the day I trade, will triple in price. Many I have owned since 1990s. looking to trade for custom estate house/farm/orchard/winery in south USA. must be at least assessed at 525,000 for trade. don't want to be near any chemical or water or soil pollution CAFO farms, air or noisy pollution like airports or highways (at least 5 miles), golf courses, not near crime. must be super quiet & at least 1-2 acres from nearest house. email me the address so I can google and see if area would work for me. I don't want to sell as individuals or would list with agent. please do not contact me if your estate home/farm/ranch/ orchard/winery is assessed less than 525,000 or is near the above problems. great swimming hole on property or deep water or YMCA or Athletic club within 5 miles would be attractive. don't want to be near noisy ATVs 4-wheelers jet skis or other nuisances like association that sprays chemicals or neighbours that have chemicals lawns..
