This unique 160-acre property is made up of four 40-acre parcels.  Fully fenced with the Monte Neva Hot Springs located on the northern parcel.  The water comes out of the ground at nearly 200 degrees and flows along a stream to the adjacent property to the north.  There are several other smaller springs, and a rare plant called the Monte Neva Paint Brush located in only a few areas with this being one of them.  There are remnants of an old foundation on the property, a beautiful meadow with grass and trees offers grazing for cattle or a beautiful camp site.  This property is located off of Monte Neva Road which is a well-maintained gravel road about 28 miles north of Ely.
