As you move towards the creek, the property slopes considerably, but it's a great place to go exploring. Only minutes from Fairfield Bay's mountain biking and ATV trails, marina, golf courses and restaurants. Will confirm, but I believe this property is not restricted. The creek could be a seasonal creek, but it did have water in it when I looked at it, and it hadn't rained in a while. Possible view of the mountains with a little additional clearing!
