It is an upper duplex located just off of 70th and North Ave. It is 2 bedrooms with a finished attic that is very nice and could have multiple purposes. Each bedroom is extremely spacious and each has 2 large closets. The living room and kitchen are also spacious with kitchen offering a great amount of storage as well. There is a small den just off the living room. There is room for two vehicles (one on a parking slab and one in the garage). There is a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer in the basement as well as additional storage. Small dogs under 20lbs are allowed! The landlord lives below and covers the water bill as well as lawn care. He is also very friendly and responsive. The location is very close to restaurants and lots of activities as well as the Medical College. The neighborhood is very friendly, quiet, and walkable.
