We are trying to sell our home here in Seymour to move out into the country. The house is in a great location and close to all the local stores. It is a 3 bed, 1 bath, sizable concrete floor laundry room, with a walk in/mud room, and a working fireplace. Our house has had some work done to it, but does need some extra TLC. In the last 6 years, the house has had the floors replaced in two of the bed rooms, the mud room, bathroom, and the kitchen, and a new toilet installed. (however new tiles are needed in the bathroom and mud room). All floors are sturdy. It is a good solid house, but as I said, it could still use some repairs. We had planned on continuing to fix it up, but now we have decided the country is where we want to be.
