The topography is gently rolling to steep sloping with stream side RPA borders along Timber Swamp and Diascund Creek Reservoir and wet ravine bottoms. The property is Zoned A-1, Agriculture and is not in a restricted AFD or Land Use tax program. A 120' Dominion Energy (VEPCO) overhead power line easement crosses the west side section of the land in a north/south direction. The approx. 1100+ acre Diascund Creek Reservoir is a fresh water supply basin owned to the 30' contour line by the City of Newport News. Restrictions apply to property owners bordering the lake bed, including no structures to be built on/attached to City land, no hunting on City property, only electric motors for boats, no swimming, etc.
