This cottage is on the Bay of Green Bay and located in Menominee, Michigan which is about 60 miles north of Green Bay, Wisconsin. It is adjacent to another cottage that we have listed for sale. This cottage can be bought separately or together with the primary cottage (N 3072 State Highway M 35). We used this cottage as a seasonal rental, and it has an excellent rental history.
