As you move across the property from east to west you start on high ground, then walkable wetland woods are encountered for a short distance, taking you to another strip of high ground and an opening where a tree plantation was created, then into another strip of mature wetland woods before finding the remaining high ground along the west side of the property. A short study of the maps provided will give a sense of why there is so much deer sign here. It is comfortable here, the river is close, the accommodation is well thought out and inviting. Maybe you will decide to add a septic system and a well, that will not be a problem. Maybe you will expand on what is already in place, though it is likely that you will enjoy it just as it is.
