Lot size is estimated (we don't have the exact size.) 1998 is listed as structural remodel due to garage being added. Current lot rent is $320. Yours may be higher or lower after your screening process. You can find lower lot rent somewhere else, maybe for a single-wide lot with no privacy or view. Instead, for only an extra $1 or $2 per day you get a better place! I've found I typically get what I pay for in life. Do your due diligence, and come up with a budget.
