Canyon County Country Cottage is a unfurnished granny apartment sitting behind the main house on the property (Photos shown are of the unit furnished when it was an Airbnb). 2 bed 1 bath, approximately 750 square feet. Full kitchen. Washer/Dryer in unit. Small well behaved pet(s) may be considered (with extra monthly & cleaning fee). We have chickens, goats and horses on our neighboring properties. Large grassy areas to play. It's a very country feel. Many fruit trees and grapes on the property that we enjoy sharing (peaches, cherries, plums, apples, apricots, hazelnuts). Only a few neighbors, and they're all wonderful. Just 6 minutes to downtown Nampa, and less to stores (Walmart, Albertsons, etc) and restaurants. Two private parking spaces, not visible from the street. Perfect spot for a couple or small family moving to the area, either doing research or finishing a home build. Also perfect for students of Northwest Nazarene University (Less than 5 minutes down the road), Northwestern Lineman College (NLC) or the many other schools nearby, or traveling doctors and nurses. We're looking for a quiet tenant(s) who will respect the space and the neighbors and enjoy the peaceful environment that this is. We live in a house on a neighboring parcel which makes us readily available if things are needed. We are being very selective of who we will accept because we don't want to disrupt the cozy vibe of the property or the good people who are close by. The security deposit is used as a down payment and is due upon signing. This is NON-REFUNDABLE if cancelled prior to the move-in date. It is refundable per the terms of the agreement after move in. The cottage is expected to be available on or near 8/16/26. Current tenants are working on moving out and the exact date of availability is TBD.
