Property has in ground, unheated pool that is not childproofed, so small children aren't a good fit for this property. Utility costs will help us recoup higher than usual electric, gas, and water/sewer charges this season. Tenants pay for drinking water 5 gallon bottles can be delivered upon request. Tenants need to abide by quiet hours of 10 pm - 8 am and bring garbage and recycling cans to and from street for Friday pickup weekly. No parties or large gatherings. Maximum # of guests 6. Small gatherings are ok if less than 15 people subject to quiet hours.
