This corner parcel used to form part of a yard of the main house, but is now being sold separately, as is the adjacent land parcel. This parcel is adjacent to the water main under North Third, but access to sewer would need to come from New York Ave. For this reason easements have been put in place to allow the owner to access sewer using underground utility easements. The adjacent land parcel has a ten foot easement underneath the northern portion of this parcel. Due to this, along with the dilapidated nature of the shed which stands on this parcel, it is anticipated that the shed will be torn down and underground utilities put in it's stead.
