The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living room to the well-equipped kitchen, making it easy to prepare meals and entertain. The kitchen boasts modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the utensils and cookware you need to create and serve your favorite dishes. This home features three comfortable bedrooms, all thoughtfully designed with your comfort in mind. The master bedroom comes with a soft king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom for added convenience. A guest bedrooms offers a queen-size bed while another guest room has two twin beds, sharing a well-appointed bathroom. All bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans and offer plenty of storage space for your belongings. Step outside onto the back porch and let the soothing coastal sounds envelop you as you sip your morning coffee or unwind in the evening. The lush backyard provides a serene oasis where you can relax in the shade of towering oak trees and enjoy the gentle breezes from the nearby Ashley River. There's also a barbecue grill for those who want to indulge in a Southern-style cookout--even a swing for the kids! Our home is ideally located to explore all that Charleston and the surrounding area has to offer. Just a short drive away, you'll find historic downtown Charleston, where you can stroll along cobblestone streets, visit historic plantations, and savor delicious Lowcountry cuisine at renowned restaurants. If you're a history buff, don't miss the nearby Patriots Point Naval & Maritime Museum. For nature enthusiasts, the Ashley River is right at your doorstep, offering opportunities for fishing, kayaking, and scenic walks along the riverbanks. The beautiful beaches of Folly Beach, Sullivan's Island and Isle of Palms are also a short drive away for those seeking sun and surf. Guests will have access to the entire property, except a small, locked closet in a guest bedroom. In your booking confirmation message we will send you a link to your guest portal and to the owners' guest agreement, which is to be signed in order to receive the access details for the property.
