The monthly rent is $1,350, due on the 1st day of each month. A late fee may be assessed for rent received after the grace period outlined in the lease.
A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required before move-in.
The tenant agrees to:
* Keep the bedroom, bathroom, and shared living areas clean and in good condition.
* Respect the home, neighbors, and other occupants by maintaining a quiet and peaceful environment.
* Pay rent on time each month.
* Notify the landlord promptly of any maintenance issues or needed repairs.
* Refrain from smoking or vaping inside the home.
* Not sublease or allow additional occupants without the landlord's written approval.
Utilities, high-speed internet, kitchen access, and use of the washer and dryer are included in the monthly rent unless otherwise stated in the lease.
Either party wishing not to renew the lease must provide at least 60 days' written notice before the lease expiration date. Any renewal will be subject to a new written agreement.
