The space The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need from cookware to a full-size dishwasher and freezer. Gather around the dining table for home-cooked meals or late-night takeout with the group. The bedrooms offer plenty of space and privacy for everyone. With seven king beds spread across five bedrooms, everyone gets a roomy spot to relax and recharge. Two full bathrooms make mornings easy one is located in the hallway with a tub, and the other is an en suite with a standing shower. Located in a quiet Olathe neighborhood, you'll enjoy a peaceful stay that's still close to great restaurants, shops, and everything Kansas City has to offer. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS This home comfortably sleeps large groups and families with a flexible layout across multiple levels: Basement (finished): Two king beds in a spacious area great for extra privacy or a quiet place to unwind. Second Level (7 stairs up): Three bedrooms, each with a king bed. The primary bedroom has its own en suite bathroom with a standing shower. The hallway bathroom includes a tub for soaking or bath time with kids. Please Note: The deck off the main bedroom is not accessible to guests. Third Level (7 stairs up): Two more king beds a cozy setup perfect for couples, friends, or older kids who want their own space. Guest access The home is all yours. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out.Please Note: The deck off the main bedroom is not accessible to guests. For safety reasons, please do not access or attempt to use this area. The neighborhood The neighborhood is a charming blend of history, beauty, and modern amenities. Nestled in the heart of Olathe, it offers convenient access to major highways, making it easy to explore the wider region. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: No Smoking Inside. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times 10:00pm to 7:00am. PARTIES -NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED. All gatherings must be limited within our max occupancy, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $200 fine. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if these rules are violated. PETS: We welcome well behaved pets with prior host approval. Please include your pet in the reservation. The platform only allows one pet fee additional pets must be paid separately via the Resolution Center or invoice. Pet fee is $50 per pet, per stay. All pets must be pre-approved. Guests must clean up after their pets. Unauthorized or unreported pets may result in fines up to $500, plus any damages or extra cleaning. The back yard is fully fenced. Disclaimer- We have an EXTERIOR Security camera located in the entrance of our home that record activity when somebody comes enters and leave the area of residence. The exterior security cameras are in place to ensure we are in compliance with our House Rules. Footage remains private and is used to monitor occupancy, No Unregistered Animal/Pet Policy, No Smoking Policy, No Party/Guests or Visitor Policy, and for liability purposes. Interaction with guests You are welcome to contact us with questions through the platform app/website should anything come up during your stay we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it's necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion. Owner pays for wifi, water, gas and electric. NO smoking allowed. $1,000 fine for smoking in the property.
