It’s a new year, another year older and it is time for a younger person or couple to finish what I started. I have reduced the price...hope this helps with interested fence sitters-someone else will pick this up if you wait too long. I hope this property becomes yours! Remember there is a custom sawmill 6 miles down SR68 (south) for the best priced cabin of any size you wish- Enjoy! 3.3 acres west view and south sun exposure-year round spring and 300 foot 4” cased well. Land preparation done waiting a getaway from the rat race... gravel roadway into property. In the middle of first US gold find--Coker Creek. Mineral rights restored to property. Beautiful "holler" and old growth trees. Serene and tranquil-almost no traffic-99% of that lower neighbors and one neighbor above-awesome Southern exposure on garden area, great location for solar panels. Video walk thru and regular new pictures coming...stay tuned! 9/28/18 Finally was able to get back to property (3 years or so) Much has changed, Nature takes back as nature does. Small pine trees and LOTS of blackberry bushes along with much underbrush vegetation. I did some prospecting (minor) which included literal vacuuming with battery and inverter to run vacuum on end of pvc pipe with 90 degree pickup -small amount of black sand...seemed like it was: “very clean”...too clean-I questioned that until I walked the fall of the creek to the west boundary-multiple ‘sniping’ digs down the creek bed, so thinking someone else vacuumed the culvert might not be a stretch-not the idea others think there is potential there. I had only a shovel (utterly useless in what is called large gravel and river rock in creekbed) I used a “clarifier” and pan—more black sand and what appears to be ‘silver sand”(a local told me he had that silver sand from the surrounding area assayed and it was platinum and iridium) in pan—really flower sized for both black sand and silver sand—I was unable to get to bedrock (clay bottom?) so I got the results I expected-poor... But the positive note is the spring volume and the verticle “fall” of the Creek from the spring to the western edge of the property is between 16-20+ foot, way more than enough for a water hammer or even a micro hydro electrical generator, something I had neglected to mention earlier. Enjoy the videos—Age and family keep me from pursuing this further. This property truely is a unique piece from someone seeking a get away, or off grid remote safe spot—and unmatched beauty. (Trying to upload videos...Zillow wants to do it now—I took videos THERE...working on it-text me request-I will send videos to phone—Dave
