    Parcel is located in the residential path of growth of east Lancaster. In Lancaster's city limits and jurisdiction. Parcel has a dual land use: Zoned R R 2.5, rural residential for 2.5 acre home sites, but also has an industrial overlay which allows for light industrial projects as well. The City of Lancaster looks upon the alternative energy (solar) and the cannabis industries favorably, but most light industrial uses could work. Parcel is only a 1/4 mile north of Ave K, just 4 miles east of downtown Lancaster. As the parcel is now, without subdividing, the RR 2.5 zoning will allow two homes; one larger main house and a smaller home per the Additional Dwelling Unit regulation.
