Private lake access is available at the neighborhood access on Norwegian Bay. Boat slip space is available at the Association pier. Smaller boats can be launched at the landing. There is also a small beach, a park and parking at the access lot. An Association, a non-stock, not for profit corporation, is the "owner" of the access lot and the lot owners of the subdivision are its stockholders. Therein lies each lot's "ownership interest". This area is serviced by the Green Lake Sanitary District sewer system. A connection fee will be assessed when connecting to the sewer system ($3,677.00 if connected in 2013). Sewer assessment has been paid in full. A private well will be required.
