Therefore, if you are super busy, if you don't spend much time at home, if you've never worked in the yard before & think suddenly you will now, if it isn't an already established habit to go out and wander in the yard, water when its hot, pick the dead off your plants or rake or weed eat every few weeks as needed then this isn't the house for you. In the winter, the yard is easy. In the summer, it takes commitment. We spent many years and raised our kids in this home and know what a gem it is. We are looking for tenants who appreciate it for the little charmer it is and want to keep it that way.
