Off grid Rocky Mountain Sanctuary brand new! We finished the buildings this summer. There are 2 cottages. One cottage is two stories and is primarily for sleeping,yoga,etc. The other cottage is a bath/kitchen house with a loft. You will need to either haul water or get it hauled. Both cottages have solar electric. No electric bill!
Renter is responsible for trash,propane and either hauling water or getting it hauled. The owners can help with hauling water for a fee.
