The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards before your arrival. * **Security Hold Please note that a $750 security hold will be processed 5 days prior to arrival and returned after a post-checkout inspection. (This does not apply to reservations made through Airbnb). * **Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please request this service in advance. * **Mail & Packages We cannot guarantee the secure delivery of mail or packages to the property. We highly recommend using the local post office or a nearby Amazon Locker for any deliveries. * **Cancellation Policy Guests may cancel within 48 hours of booking for a full 100% refund. After that, a 50% refund is available for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in. Cancellations within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.
