Inside, the home is fully furnished and ready to move into. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, dishes and a drip coffee maker, there is a washer and dryer, and a dedicated dining table workspace with Wi-Fi for remote work or charting. Room-darkening shades help anyone sleeping after a night shift. Rent includes electricity, water, gas, trash and Wi-Fi, up to $400 per month in utilities; the guest pays electric, gas and water usage above $400/month. The hot tub is always available. Pool heating is optional for the cooler months (ask for pricing). A pool technician services the pool twice a week, entering through the side gate only.
