The home is equipped with a high-efficiency solar system that significantly offsets cooling costs. To ensure a seamless stay, we provide the following:
Utility Allowances: We include a monthly credit of $150 for gas and a seasonal electricity credit ($200/mo for July & August; $100/mo for all other months). Allowances are prorated based on the length of stay; guests are simply responsible for overages.
Pristine Maintenance: Stay includes bi-weekly pool/spa service and bi-monthly professional gardening.
Optional Executive Garage Upgrade
Ample driveway parking is included. For the EV owner or collector, we offer an optional upgrade for access to the fully air-conditioned 2-car garage featuring a dedicated Tesla Charging Station. Please inquire for pricing.
Lease & Stewardship Terms
We invite guests who will treat our home with the same care and respect as their own.
Availability: Minimum 31-night stay
Professional Cleaning: A mandatory $250 cleaning fee is required every 30 days of occupancy to maintain our "Pristine Standard."
Solo Professionals: We offer tailored single-occupancy rates please inquire when messaging.
Policies: This is a strictly pet-free and smoke-free environment.
