From now until June 1st. Maybe into first week or so of summer. Newly renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath coach house on crooked lake for rent. House is furnished and comes with new washer and drier and off street parking. Enjoy a short drive to petoskey or harbor springs and access to crooked lake for fishing/boating. There are two houses on property and both share the beachfront so cottage rules apply (be respectful of neighbors). Individual fire pit for each cottage is available and use of kyaks and dock while renting is also available. No smoking of any kind in the house and no subleasing. House comes fully furnished with off street parking for up to two cars. Use of kyaks and dock are permitted while dock is in. You are not allowed to take kyaks off property and are responsible for damages. Cottage comes with washer and drier. Small pets may be considered for additional monthly charge.
