You could also access the land from Amesbury Road but you would need to request an easement to make an access road if you wanted to develop the land. Finishing/completing Pevear Lane would also require a permit and variance from the town. It is zoned residential but could also be used for Hunting, or for other recreational purposes.  Located 15 Minutes from Hampton Beach, 11 Minutes from Smuttynose Brewing Company, 10 Minutes from Apple Hill Golf Course.
