Tenet will report and document any potential issues, damage or concerns immediately upon discovery to avoid further damage to unit, the issue will be reviewed & solutioned accordingly by landlord. Tenet is not permitted to hire any services for the property unit without landlords consent approval with agreement in writing any potential reimbursement will only be agreed to if landlord has provided advance written approval.
