No changes or modifications to the interior or exterior of the property without the landlord consent. No guests of the tenants may occupy the property for longer than one week without the prior written consent of the landlord. No Subleasing. No Pets: No pet dog, cat, fish, bird, rabbit, etc. (This also means no pet sitting at any time on the property). Service Animals are welcome on the property. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are welcome on property only with verified documents. No smoking on property. The only appliances provided by the landlord are the refrigerator and oven range stove. Property has no dishwasher. Application and background screening required for any occupant 18 years and older. Valid id, proof of income, reference from previous/current landlord. Non-refundable $50 per applicant for rental application, credit check and background check fee. No eviction, no bankruptcy, no charge off account, no account in collection.
