In addition, the private, gated community offers multiple lake fronts, parks/playgrounds, security, pools, a lodge, a family game room, and lake rentals! The primary bedroom, with a King bed, is located on the ground floor, while the remaining bedrooms have one queen bed and two full-size beds. The house also offers multiple smart TVs, baseboard heat, and washer-dryer. Rent listed is our peak Summer rate, off-season rates are also available and can be much lower. Please inquire about pricing for specific future dates. Security deposit varies based on length of stay. We can accommodate any length of stay - over 1-month and up to 1-year - on a month-to-month basis. Property is fully-furnished. Most utilities are included. Electricity is included up to $1,000/month. Any deposits and first month's rent are due upon the later of lease signing or fifteen (15) days prior to the start of the lease term. There are no refunds for voluntary early termination made by the tenant.
