The rent is $1450 a month. This includes Water, Electricity, Propane (for the oven/range), and Wi-Fi. First and Last Months' Rent due at move-in plus $300 cleaning/security deposit. Tiny House has a bedroom loft with a queen-sized bed, a nicely designed Kitchen, Living room, and Bathroom. The living room has a nice couch that can fold out into a bed and a hideaway table that can be used when needed. The house has nice cabinets, high ceilings, and big windows for natural light and a spacious feel. French doors open out to a lovely outdoor space and cedar deck. Gardening space is available. Electric Heat, Propane Range, Fridge, dimmable lighting. Note: The unit does not have a flushing toilet; it uses a composting toilet (Separette Villa, you can Google it), easy to use and maintain. Note: Combo Washer/Dryer: This is an RV-style unit; the drying cycle is slower than a standard unit. The Tiny House is semi-furnished. You will need your own mattress (queen size fits in the sleeping loft). Some basic kitchen items (pots and pans, utensils, dishes, etc.) and household items are available if needed. Located about 12 miles west of Port Angeles (15-20 minute drive) off of Highway 112. Very beautiful, friendly, walkable, and quiet neighborhood, 3 miles from Joyce, 3.5 miles from Crescent Beach, 7 miles from Lake Crescent. There is a parking space in front of the house. This Rental is strictly for a Non-Smoker, Non-drug using renter. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional pet fee.
