Tenants will be asked to water indoor plants regularly. If renting for more that 9 months, renters will be required to set up own PGE, internet, water, all utilities. If renting for fewer than 9 months, please add $600/month in utilities to the rental cost. We live in this house part of each year so it is furnished for livability and comfort.
