Easy street parking. I am away most of the time but maintain a place in NH with my son, who is attending Maine Maritime Academy. This means that you'd have the house to yourself 90% + of the time, but me present for a week periodically, and my son for a weekend every few months. He is very chill and easy going. We've done a house share until now and it has worked out well. The house is furnished but I can remove some or most items if you have your own furniture.
