Tenants currently residing there are quiet, respectful and have been in residence for many years. The large laundry room for tenant use is located at the back of the property. It has a washer and a dryer, a place to sit and to fold clothing. Owner pays for water, sewer and garbage collection. Tenant is responsible for putting the gas and electric in their names and paying those bills. Wi-fi/internet/cable TV is also the tenant's responsibility to subscribe to and pay. There are cable hookups installed in the apartment. No satellite dishes are allowed. Parking (free) is provided off-street in front of the rock property wall. Half of the last month's rent is to be pre-paid upon rental.
