Whiskey Row and the Rodeo are less than 4 miles away, and Starbucks , Walmart and major food stores are a couple minutes from the house, (or a nice 5K if you're so inclined for some high altitude training).
This is currently listed as an Airbnb, but we are shifting to a long-term rental that can either come Furnished or not
We do haul water and have been working with the company for many many years. It has a water tank at 2500 capacity.
